Refund Policy

Returns

You may return any product ordered from our website within 30 days for a refund, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding Packing note with a written reason for the return. You are responsible for paying for the costs of returning the product.

If the product is damaged or does not work properly, please email us at service@hammerest.com. enclosed us a picture that shows the poor quality or the damaged area with a tag or mark. We’ll send you a replacement as soon as we confirm that the product is damaged or does not work properly. You are not required to return the defective item. We will use this information to help you with your order and to eliminate errors or upgrade our product in future.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
