CUSTOMER QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Question: How do you use a laser level? Never used one.
Answer: Simply put turn it on, set it on something that you want to measure to/from. level it. the dot will land 1/2" above what it's sitting on. Subtract the 1/2" and bot items will be at the same height.
2. Question: how far does the laser go?
Answer: Laser Level Line laser distance is related to the brightness of the environment. Generally, it can reach 10 meters in the daytime. If the light is dark, it can be more distant, even 25 meters.
3. Question: How do you caliberate the laser?
Answer: Using the Beam Adjusted Tool, turn the metal nozzle of the laser around to produce different angled lines or a cross pinpoint.(Note: If the laser is the Vertical Level or the Horizontal Level, you shouldn't adjust the Beam.)
4. Question: Would this be a good laser level to help when writi g calligraphy?
Answer: I don’t write calligraphy but I would lean more towards a basic flat ruler to draw a light line that can easily be erased vs setting this up to project a laser line on your paper.
5. Question: How do I know the projected line is level？
Answer: leveling bubbles.
